About the role
Youthworks Conference Centres is seeking an accomplished catering professional to lead and transform our catering operations across four locations: Port Hacking (main centre), Shoalhaven, Blue Mountains and Loftus. This senior culinary leadership role requires an innovative professional who can drive culinary excellence, operational efficiency, and team development across our multi-site operation while maintaining our commitment to quality service and Christian values.

Your responsibilities
Lead our Port Hacking catering team that serves up to 500 guests and oversee the catering functions at our Shoalhaven (200 guests) and Blue Mountains (100 guests) sites
• Menu planning, inventory management and budget control
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
You will need to demonstrate
• Catering or cooking qualifications
• Experience in leading a commercial kitchen
• Experience cooking for large groups
• A passion for catering
• Hold valid food handling certificate
• A strong work ethos and the ability to work with a wide range of staff to achieve effective outcomes
• A willingness to work within an overtly Christian environment and with an
Anglican organisation

Additional information
Current drivers licence and own transport are essential as there is no public transport anywhere near our Port Hacking Conference Centres.
