About SRE Conference

The SRE Conference is an annual training event open to all SRE Primary and High School SRE teachers and helpers. Teachers will be encouraged and equipped for the task of ministering to children, families and the school community through authentic and effective word ministry. Join with other SRE teachers as we hear from the bible, pray and sing together, and develop skills that will launch us into a new year of SRE teaching. Whether you’re new to SRE teaching, or have been teaching for many years, SRE Conference is a great way to start the year.

Why is there only one Sydney conference location?

There are two main reasons why we are merging the three Sydney Conferences into one.

1. Increased Capacity.

As the number of SRE Teachers and Helpers who attend the Sydney SRE Conferences have increased, we have outgrown the capacity of the venues that we have been using over the past 5 years.

2. Joining Primary and High School together.

In previous years the SRE Conference has been specifically targeted at Primary SRE Teachers. In 2018 we are delighted to invite High School SRE Teachers to join us. We are looking forward to bringing all our SRE teachers and helpers together in one place. Having the SRE Conference at the Kings School will allow us to continue to grow this conference.
