The Planning & Resource Coordinator exists to oversee the recruitment and effective planning and resourcing of the Venue & Ministry Programs team, ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, and alignment with Youthworks’ mission.
Venues & Ministry Programs Risk and Safety Coordinator
The Risk and Safety Coordinator ensures Venues and Ministry Programs operate to the highest standards of safety by overseeing risk management plans, conducting incident reviews, implementing training, and engaging with industry best practice. This role safeguards staff, guests, and participants while contributing to Youthworks’ mission of providing world-class Christian Outdoor Education.
Bookings Consultant / Royal National Park
The Guest Relations Assistant Team Leader has responsibility to assist the Guest Relations Team Leader in coordinating the elements of the day-to-day onsite operations to create a seamless guest experience.
