Got any questions? Chances are that someone else has asked them before. Review these FAQs to save yourself some time and take a bit of the hassle out of organising your next camp.

What AV equipment do you have onsite?
Each of our major centres has at least one fully-equipped meeting room as well as smaller meeting rooms depending on the site. Please visit each sites centre page to see further details.

Do you have a data projector and is it an extra charge?
Our major centres have data projectors included in the cost.

Is the hall on the site for our sole use?
If you have made a booking at Blue Gum Lodge, the recreational hall is for your sole use. If however you have booked Deer Park or Rathane, the hall is shared between the two sites, and so you will need to speak with the site staff regarding booking the hall.

What self catering equipment do you provide?
All of our centres are fully-equipped for self-catering escept for Waterslea and Blue Gum Lodge. Please visit individual centre webpages for a list of self-catering equipment.

What are the sizes of the halls?
The capacities of the halls are on the site map, which can be accessed under 'related downloads' on the right hand side of each centre's webpage.

What are the activity costs and what is the minimum and maximum number of people for each activity?
Activity costs and minimum numbers can be found on the rate schedule, which you would have received in the information pack upon making a tentative booking.

How does the family rate work?
The family rate is applicable once the minimum charge has been met for the centre. The cost is calculated at 2 adults and 2 primary school-aged children. This is designed to help families with more children, or families with older children.
