Youthworks HSC Study Conferences - experience and be ready.
There is no experience quite like the Youthworks HSC Study Conference. Prepare to learn, live and laugh on one of our unique camps specifically designed for year 12 students seeking to develop and utilise their maximum study potential. In addition to the 30 hours of supervised independent study, we will provide all meals, accommodation and of course; time to relax and recharge for your next session. Each conference is hosted at one of Youthworks exceptional centres, the ultimate destination to escape distraction and focus on learning. We also include a session each day to discuss the Christian faith and how that is relevant in our lives.
Tutor Note:
Our conferences at Port Hacking in the Spring run concurrently and next door to each other. This way we are able make efficient use of our tutors and share them where needed.

Joshua Engel was born and raised in Wollongong and is a beach lover at heart (although he struggles to find the time these days!). He attends St Michael's Anglican Church and is involved in the youth and music ministry. On an average day Josh can be found teaching English and History at William Carey Christian School. He loves playing all kinds of sports but his main sporting passion is football (soccer). Having lead on previous youth and study camps in past years, he is excited about helping more students conquer the HSC.
Kirst Sandell (assistant) is from the West, where life is "much more interesting". She is currently a full time student, studying a Master of Teaching (Secondary), majoring in Studies in Religion and Society and Culture. This is her third year attending Minchinbury Anglican Church. She loves running distances, hates running sprints, wishes she was a reader and always has room for a rainbow paddle pop.
