ACCOMMODATION
Blue Gum Lodge accommodates up to 100 people. A minimum charge of 48 is required to book the site. Air conditioned / heated meeting room and dining room available. The fireplace is no longer on site. Guest information sheets and/ or room planners must also be completed and forwarded to the Shoalhaven office 10 days prior to your booking for the safety of your group and in compliance with Australian Government legislation
Bedrooms
All bedrooms at Blue Gum Lodge are heated. A pillow and blanket are provided on each bed and linen hire is also available on request. For families, a limited number of portable cots are also available provided staff are advised prior to your stay.

The 17 rooms share 3 central bathrooms.
CONFERENCING
Meeting rooms
Blue Gum Lodge has two meeting rooms which are carpeted and heated in winter. The main meeting hall seats up to 120 people, while the games room can seat up to 60.

DINING
The Blue Gum Lodge dining hall seats up to 150 people. For family groups, a limited number of high chairs are available upon request (please advise centre staff prior to arrival).
Catering
For fully-catered groups, meals provided are as follows:
Midweek bookings – from afternoon tea on the day of arrival to lunch on the day of departure.
Weekend bookings – from supper on Friday night to lunch on Sunday
Please notify staff of special dietary requirements or extra meals at least 10 working days prior to your stay
RECREATION
A range of activities are available at Blue Gum Lodge. Each activity booked requires a minimum of 10 people. All activities involve staff instructing the group and therefore must be booked four weeks in advance. For weekend groups, activities are only available on Saturdays between 9am and 5pm.
